What actually happens on the call?
Around 40 minutes. We ask what you manage and what is going wrong, then show the parts of the system that deal with it. No slides unless you want them.
Can it handle different kinds of assets at once?
Yes. Machinery, vehicles, IT hardware, lab and medical equipment, furniture and software licences all sit in the same register, each with their own fields.
How long does it take to get running?
Usually four to twelve weeks depending on size. That covers importing your existing lists, tagging, setting up scanners and training the people who will use it.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. Our cloud, your private cloud, or your own hardware with no internet connection at all. Government users can also host on NIC cloud.
Will it work with our SAP or Tally?
Yes. Ready-made connectors move purchase orders, invoices and depreciation both ways with SAP, Oracle and Tally, and with GeM for government buyers.
