Q.How does a transfer between two departments work?
The releasing custodian starts the handover and the receiving one checks the item and its accessories before accepting. Until both have signed, the asset stays with its original owner.
Q.Does the disposal process cover e-waste rules?
Yes. It produces condemnation certificates and records the authorisation number of your e-waste vendor, which is what pollution control boards ask to see.
