By accessing or using the ASTITVAAMS platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a government ministry, directorate, or enterprise organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these statutory conditions.
Access is limited to staff your organisation has authorised. To keep the system secure, each user must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Sign in with credentials issued by their own organisation, not shared between people.
- Not be someone whose access we have previously suspended or withdrawn.
3. Use of Service & Integrity
ASTITVAAMS provides an isolated zero-trust environment for asset lifecycle accounting. You agree to use the service strictly in accordance with General Financial Rules (GFR 2017) and institutional compliance policies. Prohibited activities include:
Security & Protocol Integrity
Attempts to circumvent encryption protocols, reverse-engineer mobile scanner sync protocols, or access unauthorized departmental ledgers are strictly prohibited.
Taking Your Data With You
Exporting raw ledger inventory outside of approved government cloud networks or sharing administrator OTP credentials violates statutory security guidelines.
The ASTITVAAMS platform, analytics engines, hardware tagging specifications, and proprietary software architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of EncureIT Systems and its licensors. Client inventory records and Form GFR 22 data remain 100% owned by the respective client organization.
5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, without regard to conflict of law principles.
“ASTITVAAMS may seek an immediate court order in any competent jurisdiction if that is what it takes to protect customer data or the security of the platform.”
